Future Hoops Classics

Proposal: Split the tournament up into two weekends. (Majority of teams will play 3+ games)

Weekend 1 (Sunday) = Pools of three (3) teams. Each team plays two (2) games. Top two (2) teams in each pool move on to Weekend 2.
Weekend 2 (Saturday / Sunday) = Single elimination bracket play.

Do you feel this format would provide a better tournament experience?

Referees & Scoreboard Operator

With the proposal above, and if two (2) referees and a designated scoreboard operator were assigned to all games next year, would a fee increase of up to $25 per player – to offset the costs – be agreeable?
