Dear Parents and Families,
Thank you for your continued interest and support as we prepare for this year’s 5th Annual Volley Fest Tournament. We are about two weeks away from our Team Submission Deadline. Please review the following key updates and details regarding registration, team setup, deadlines, and policies:
- Student Registration: Please help spread the word within your school community. To ensure division eligibility, each division must have a minimum of registered players (8 players). You can monitor live registration counts by navigating to the Roster tab on TeamSnap within your school’s Volley Fest team page.
- Coaching & Liaison Roles: Assigned coaches and liaisons are listed under “non-players” at the bottom of the roster for convenient contact. If your school’s roster does not list anyone in these positions, a coach or liaison has not yet been designated. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please complete our Volley Fest Volunteer Form.
- Team Submission Deadline: Final rosters must be submitted by the team’s coach no later than Friday, October 9th, at 11:59 PM. Parents and individual players are not required to submit team forms.
- Refund Policy: All refund requests and adjustments will be processed following the completion of team submissions:
- Full Refund: Issued to players who cannot be placed on a team, including cases where a school cannot field a team due to low registration numbers.
- Non-Refundable: Players who are successfully assigned and placed on an official team roster are ineligible for a refund.

As we kick off the 2026–27 Tournament of Champions, we wanted to share a few important updates regarding this year’s Volley Fest.
- Encourage Student Registration: Please help spread the word at your school. To remain eligible to compete, each division requires a minimum of 8 registered players. You can track current school registration counts under the “Roster” tab on TeamSnap within your school’s Volley Fest team page.
- Coaches & Liaisons: All assigned coaches and liaisons are designated as “non-players” at the bottom of the roster for quick contact. If your school’s roster does not list anyone in these roles, a liaison or coach has not yet been assigned. Anyone interested in volunteering can register using our Volley Fest Volunteer Form.
- Team Submission Deadline: Final rosters must be submitted by the team’s coach by Friday, October 9th, at 11:59 PM. Parents and players do not need to submit team forms.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed after team submissions are complete. Players who cannot be placed on a team—including those from schools unable to field a team due to low registration—will receive a full refund. Please note that players who are successfully placed on a team roster are not eligible for a refund.
