How does the Harvest Cup process work?
Step 1
Register for your school’s Harvest Cup tryouts. The $70 player fee covers an official Harvest Cup jersey, facilities, referees, equipment and more. Donations are appreciated and help support the kids, IPSF, TPSF and the overall event.
Step 2
Teams will be formed by your school coaches (Parent volunteers). All volunteer coaches can be seen in TeamSnap after they fill out the volunteer form. If your school holds tryouts they should be posted in the app on your School Name – Harvest Cup team. These will vary by school and grade level.
Step 3
If and when your child is selected on a team, the head coach will submit their teams on the website. Players will be moved from the placeholder team (School Name – Harvest Cup) to the actual team. All submitted teams can be found on the team tab under the drop down menu of each event.
Step 4
Tournament schedule will be released closer to the event. Schedules will not be posted in TeamSnap but posted on the website under the drop down menu.
