Coach Duties
1. Responsible for communication to all families who have registered and for keeping school up-to-date on tryout & practice schedules and final rosters. All communication should take place in TeamSnap. Tryouts must be posted in the app, and once teams are formed practices may be added.
2. All coaches must fill out the coaches registration in order to coach.
3. Responsible for submitting their team before the team submission deadline using the full registered player names (no nicknames). All players must be registered to submit.
4. Responsible for picking up jerseys before the event.
5. Help foster positive behavior for players and parents throughout the Tournament. This is a fundraising event and should elicit positive sportsmanship.
Liaison Duties
1. Point of contact for OC Youth Sports if there are any issues with your schools participation. This could be regarding issues with player eligibility, disputes between coaches, general questions or assistance.
2. Help foster positive behavior for players and parents throughout the Tournament. This is a fundraising event and should elicit positive sportsmanship.
3. Cannot Submit any teams – that is the coaches responsibility
