Hello Parents,
As we kick off the 2026–27 Tournament of Champions, we wanted to share a few important updates regarding this year’s Volley Fest.
- Encourage Student Registration: Please help spread the word at your school. To remain eligible to compete, each division requires a minimum of 8 registered players. You can track current school registration counts under the “Roster” tab on TeamSnap within your school’s Volley Fest team page.
- Coaches & Liaisons: All assigned coaches and liaisons are designated as “non-players” at the bottom of the roster for quick contact. If your school’s roster does not list anyone in these roles, a liaison or coach has not yet been assigned. Anyone interested in volunteering can register using our Volley Fest Volunteer Form.
- Team Submission Deadline: Final rosters must be submitted by the team’s coach by Friday, October 9th, at 11:59 PM. Parents and players do not need to submit team forms.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed after team submissions are complete. Players who cannot be placed on a team—including those from schools unable to field a team due to low registration—will receive a full refund. Please note that players who are successfully placed on a team roster are not eligible for a refund.
